could not install on Win10

Tried several times to install on Windows 10 pc but received the below message:

"Setup was unable to create the directory: C:\Users\XXX\Documents\Hi-Q MP3 Recorder Pro\ffmpeg" and "Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified."
